Responsibilities:

  • Attend community events and speak on behalf of the organization

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

  • Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

  • Create and hand out fliers

  • Collect emails - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is looking to fill our Co-working Care Teacher/Manager position.

Our programs integrate story-time, music and sensory play with exploration where children can move around, discover free-range learning experiences, and learn through play. The goal is to encourage active exploration, problem-solving, and independent thinking while promoting diversity and inclusion. If you love working with children then this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Care for children aged 1.5-8 years old while parents work

  • Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, hands-on activities, dramatic play, etc.) to teach children

  • Strengthen emotional intelligence by contributing to the healthy, mental, and emotional development of the child so they can more easily acclimate to the next level of education

  • Messaging and communication that is in line with little Lola and Tots pedagogical practices

  • Guide children to resolve issues and act as a mediator between children as needed

  • Treat children in a positive manner that encourages individuality and positive self-esteem

  • Provide a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable

  • Keep track of learning materials and supplies for restocking purposes

  • Give tours to prospective parents

  • Ensure cleanliness of the surrounding environment and maintain healthy boundaries between others

Requirements

  • Understanding of principles of child development and preschool educational methods

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and changes as they come

  • Maintain a clean and hygienic learning environment consistent with health and safety standards

Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred

  • Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week

Afterschool Counselor

The ideal candidate will have experience in counseling, child care, tutoring, or a related field and be knowledgeable about child development, educational systems, and resources. The After-School Counselor will be responsible for supervising children from pre-k to 5th grade, assisting with homework, providing enrichment learning and helping to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children in a community setting.

  • Help children with transitions within the program.

  • Provide academic support and homework help

  • Develop and implement programs to address student social, emotional, and behavioral issues.

  • Provide supplemental support to enrichment teachers and administrators.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

  • Advocate for students in the school system.

  • Responsible for ensuring children are safe and supported.

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 4-6pm and Wednesdays 1-6 pm.

Job Types: Contract, Part-time
